How do I join?

  • All you need to do is check out our online availability

  • Choose your move-in date

  • Find your favorite floor plan

  • Click Join Waitlist!

  • From there, you and all roommates who are over the age of 18 will fill out your applications entirely online

  • During the online application process, you’ll pay a $300 deposit. When you move in, this deposit will go towards your first month’s rent. If at any point you decide to cancel your application with the Future Residents Club, your $300 deposit is completely, 100% refundable. No questions asked.
