A maximum of two pets are allowed in each apartment
Weight Limit - 60 lbs
Month Pet Rent
Cats $50 a month
Dogs $75 a month
The fine print…. If the animal is a dog, it must be brought to the Management Office for approval subject to size/breed/temperament. Residents must also provide vaccination/spay or neuter documentation through the registration form at the bottom of this page.
Breed Restrictions: Standard breed restrictions include: Chows, Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, Dobermans, and any mixes of these Breeds.
